✔ Payment Policy:
💰 Full payment is required at the time of reservation to secure your booking.

✔ Cancellation Policy:
⏳ 14+ Days Before Arrival: One night’s stay + HST retained.
⏳ 7–14 Days Before Arrival: 50% of total reservation retained.
⏳ Less than 7 Days Before Arrival: No refund.
⚠️ Admin fees are non-refundable in all cases.

✔ Check-In & Check-Out:

⏰ Check-in: 4:00 PM (No check-ins after 7 PM unless arranged in advance.)

⏰ Check-out: 10:00 AM Cottages

⏰ Check-out: 11:00 AM Campsites

✔ Reservation Requirements:

📆 Summer Season (July & August): Cottages require a 7-night minimum stay.

📆 Shoulder Season (Spring & Fall):

·  Weekends: 2-night minimum stay for both cottages and campsites.

·  Long Weekends: 3-night minimum stay required.

·  Cottages: Always a 2-night minimum (or 3 nights on long weekends).
